We are a Social Purpose Corporation (SPC). That is a unique legal company formation that sets the purpose to pursue a balance of social / community benefit, employee benefit, as well as profit. We know we will need to be profitable in order to continue to provide benefit to the community and our team – we just don’t make that our primary goal. Continuing a legacy that serves the community and our team well is our primary goal.

We are personally invested to do our part to continue to make this region resilient and more affordable so that our families (and yours) can continue to thrive.
